Ground Water Rule

Plan ahead! According to the Ground Water Rule, all groundwater systems that serve more than 3,300 customers must monitor chemical disinfection residuals continuously and record the lowest concentration daily, beginning December 1, 2009. This deadline gives systems less than 14 months to budget for, purchase and install continuous monitoring and recording equipment.
