The qualified individual will perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and provide guidance and assistance to other mechanics in order to keep equipment failures at a minimum. Perform a variety of maintenance and repair work on plant equipment, including pumps, fans, gear boxes, shafts, chemical feed equipment, water lines, valves, belts, motors, electrical panels, generators, boilers, bar screens, and the like. Perform offsite pump station repair/diagnostics. Considerable knowledge of practices, tools, and equipment associated with one or more trades, such as plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, or related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three years relevant experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Class B CDL driver’s license with airbrake endorsement within six months of hire. Must possess and maintain a valid MO DW-D or higher.
