We expect this to be our biggest exhibit hall ever so hurry! Spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each exhibit space includes:

  • 10 running feet
  • 8’ table
  • electrical outlet, and
  • registration for (2) individuals

Setup for Monday will be from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm. The exhibit area will be open (2) full days, Tuesday, October 23rd & Thursday, October 25th, and for (1) hour Wednesday evening, October 24th. Exhibitors will be able to move in beginning at 12:00 pm Monday, October 22nd, and will need to move out at 3:30 pm, following the afternoon break on Thursday, October 25th. We ask that you bring two door prizes—$25 minimum value. Two (2) full breakfasts, two (2) lunches, and all Tuesday & Thursday breaks will be held in the exhibit area. As always, we plan to give you maximum exposure!
