Due to scheduling limitations and meal costs associated with conference events, the last day to cancel registrations for any MRWA conference is two weeks before the first day of the scheduled event. For this event, the last day to cancel for a full refund will be August 4, 2026. All uncancelled no-show registrations will be charged the full member system registration rate for the event.
