The class will cover funding sources for infrastructure projects, budgeting requirements and techniques for public entities, especially utility budgeting, and financial reporting for statutory compliance and decision makers. An open forum period is included to discuss issues/items of concern. Managers, operators, clerks, and board members would benefit from this class.
