Cancellation Policy: 

Due to scheduling limitations and meal costs, the last day to cancel registrations is
October 16, 2023. Registrations cancelled after that date may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 

All uncancelled no-show registrations will be liable for the full member system rate of $250.00.

  1. If you pay for and attend the Wastewater Workshop on Wednesday, October 25, you receive the 2-Day Fall Operations & Maintenance Symposium at no additional charge.
  2. If you pay for and attend the 2-Day Fall Operations & Maintenance Symposium on Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27, you receive the Wastewater Workshop at no additional charge.
  3. If paying with GREEN VOUCHERS, you MUST BE PRESENT & MUST SIGN the roster on Wednesday, October 25.
  4. If paying with BLUE VOUCHERS, you MUST BE PRESENT & MUST SIGN the rosters on Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27.

Failure to sign the appropriate rosters may result in additional charges to your system.

Being prepared for a system inspection makes the process more efficient and less nerve-wracking. This session will share tips on what to consider when preparing for a system inspection.
