Welcome to the Clerks’ Resources page. As things are relevant we’ll populate those here. To kick off the page, we’ve included the MRWA Wages & Benefits Survey. In the past, this survey was mailed, completed, and returned to the MRWA office. Once returned, all forms were compiled into a spreadsheet and the results were made available afterwards.
Our hopes are that the digital format will be faster and easier to complete, and that the results will be available in less time.

MRWA created the Certified Office Professional Program (COPP) in order to recognize the importance of office and managerial activities in the water industry as well as to give those individuals working in the Office Professional fields an opportunity to nurture and demonstrate their knowledge and professionalism.
