Alliance Water Resources is looking to fill a Local Manager position in the Rolla, MO area.

This position will plan, manage, organize, & evaluate the operation of the water & wastewater treatment facilities, as well as aiding with management in areas of expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Supervises & participates in the operation of the water utility, any ancillary operations, laboratory work, control systems and devices, billing functions, & phases of maintenance & repair to ensure day to day duties are successful.
- Attends and/or facilitates monthly client board meetings as required; assures that the needs of the client are met in compliance with contract obligations; implements policies set by the client.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual budget; controls inventory and the expenditure of budgeted funds.
- Supervises & evaluates staff, reviews staffing needs, and recommends personnel actions.
